Lara scores in home defeat against Turbine Potsdam! (with video)

Lara Dickenmann scored a goal for VfL Wolfsburg at home against Turbine Potsdam in a game that ended in a surprising defeat

 

Svenja Huth opened the score for Turbine Potsdam after 24 minutes (0-1) but with goals from Larar Dickenmann (1-1, 35th minute) and Caroline Graham Hansen (2-1, 45th minute) Wolfsburg had the lead at half time.

 

In the second half Turbine Potsdam equalised via Stefanie Draws (2-2, 49th minute) and one minute later the visitors were  back in the lead with a goal from Tabea Kemme (2-3, 50th minute). French Maria Makenza made it 2-4 after 72 minutes before Svenja Huth finalised the win for Turbine Potsdam with her second goal of the afternoon (2-5, 88th minute).

 

With the win of Bayern Munich at home to SGS Essen 2-1 the distance between Wolfsburg with 19 points and the leader is now 9 points. 1.FFC Frankfurt who have separated with their UWCL winning coach Colin Bell took adavantage of the defeat of Wolfsburg to reach the same number of points. Under Matt Ross they celebrated their first viotory at home against Sand: 2-0.

 

The other results on Matchday 10 were SC Freiburg - Bayer 04 Leverkusen 6-1, Werder Bremen - Hoffenheim 0-4 and FF USV Jena - 1.FC Köln 0-2, the first win this season for the next opponent of VfL Wolfsburg on Sunday 13th December 2015 in the Bundesliga.
